Learners can send reminders to assessors for each pending EPA that has not expired.
Let us now walk you through steps on how to send reminders to assessors for your pending tasks:
- On your Elentra Home page, navigate to Assessments tab.
2. Under Assessments tab, navigate to In Progress section.
- Check Select and click the Send Reminders button above to send a reminder for all selected tasks box for the EPA you want to send a reminder for, and then hit Send Reminders button. If you wish to send a reminder for all pending tasks, you can hit Select All button (next to Send Reminders button). This will select all tasks, and you can then send reminders using Send Reminders button.
*Note: You will not get an option to select and send reminders for expired tasks.
**Note: Learners can only send 2 reminders per EPA. You will not get an option to send another reminder if both allotted reminders have already been used for a specific task.
4. After hitting Send Reminders button, you will get a pop-up box asking to confirm sending reminders for desired tasks. Hit Confirm Reminders button.
